IDEA FOR THE MURAL

Since we still need to create the mural for our class, I was thinking that in previous years student used to create a “feedback wall” in their classroom. While I was looking for ideas of how can we utilise the wall, I found this interesting inspiration. Some people may say that it is too difficult…

FINAL DISCUSSIONS / WELDING

Today we had a discussion with our class, to give them a brief over view of what has happened these last weeks. I was asked to created a Guntt chart for the last two weeks. Hopefully we keep with this schedule and we finish on time.

COMPLETION OF FRAMES

Today we made to finish the biggest part of the bookshelves. We completed the frames as you can if the picture. CAR WASH [2] – FUNDRAISING

The second car wash we ordganised did not go very well. We did get clients but very few of the class members showed up. I was very disappointed since this is a class exhibition not mine, and some people are just avoiding to help so they can finish their thesis on time.

BOOKSHELVES PART TWO

Today we kept on working on the book shelves. We marked the extra metal so Noel can cut it out and finally we can start the welding.

BOOKSHELVES IN PROGRESS

Today we started bending the rods for the bookshelves.  We tried 2 different methods to get the best result. We found out that the best method to have all rods bent the same and equal sizes was to use the template then bring to perfections with our hands. Today we got half of the needed rods…
